Council has selected Korecki Real Estate Services to be our new strata management company. We will be working with Carol Pedlar as our new strata manager.

Council has selected Korecki Real Estate Services to be our new strata management company. We will be working with Carol Pedlar as our new strata manager. Owners should have received a welcome package from Korecki that explains the transition process. The transition will formally take place tonight on
Feb 1st, 2022. If you have not completed and returned your owner registration form for Korecki, please be sure to do so as soon as possible.
